Una enorme nave extraterrestre aterriza en nuestro planeta por error, en medio de Sudáfrica. Imagínate que tomamos el control sobre ellos y debido a diversos intereses científicos y políticos no dejamos que se vayan. Distrito 9 es una historia de manipulación y secretos para poner a la humanidad entera en contra de estos alienígenas, para no dañar la imagen política y sus intereses. Una historia diferente con un mensaje de trasfondo donde los malos no son tan malos ni los buenos son tan buenos.

An enormous spaceship lands in our planet for mistake, in the middle of South Africa. Imagine that we take the control on them and due to diverse scientific and political interests we do not allow them to go away.
